Cancers need time to hole up and be alone, which is fine, but if they’re unwilling to bust out of their shells, it can feel like they’re weighing their partners down.

Lots of people look up to Leos. But, power can go to their heads, leading them to look down their noses at others, including their partners.
Virgo: The Virgin or Maiden (August 23–September 22)
Virgos are great at getting others to love them, but when it comes to maintaining a relationship, their keen memories mean they never forget all of the little things their partner has ever done wrong, which is rough for all parties.
Libra: The Scales (September 23–October 22)
Libras have to pursue peace and balance in their relationships, but too often they forget to include themselves on the scales of justice, meaning that they accidentally get treated unfairly.
Scorpio: The Scorpion (October 23–November 21)
Scorpios start relationships assuming that they will be betrayed. They don’t let people in easily, and this could push away those who care.
Sagittarius: The Centaur (November 22–December 21)
Sagittariuses have a hard time going with the flow. They can’t help but over analyze every injustice, and they have a hard time letting little things go.
Capricorn: The Goat (December 22–January 20)
Capricorns are so busy fixing everyone else’s problems that they never take the time to examine their own and see what they need to change personally.
Aquarius: The Water Bearer (January 21–February 18)
It can be nearly impossible to get an Aquarius to fall for you; they’re often in their own heads, making them feel cold and distant to their partner.
Pisces: The Fish (February 19–March 20)
Pisces’ giving attitude can make it easy for others to take advantage of them. What’s worse is the fish have a hard time standing up for themselves, so by the time they do say something, it’s often too little too late.
Aries: The Ram (March 21–April 19)
Aries will accidentally start a fight on a whim and refuse to back down, even when it’s clear that they are the one who messed up. They may win at arguing, but they won’t win at expecting their partner to live by certain rules.
Taurus: The Bull (April 20–May 20)
A Taurus will patiently listen to their partner’s woes, then they’ll try to spell out the answers to every single problem. That’s great and all, but not every problem has a solution. It’s hard for a bull to just sit and listen without trying to run over all the bad things in their path.
Gemini: The Twins (May 21–June 20)
Geminis just don’t know how to be themselves when they’re with just one person—in fact, they don’t even have a single self. They are their most authentic selves when they are changing their personalities to adapt to a new environment. It’s hard to date all of those different personalities at once!
