Terri Gioia and her daughter, Cynthia, walked into a Fayetteville, North Carolina, Chick-fil-A to get some food. Terri frequently has to order her daughter’s food for her because Cynthia is deaf, and not many fast food workers are versed in sign language. As luck would have it, Taylor, an employee at Chick-fil-A, went above and beyond her duties that day. She took Cynthia’s order via sign language and put a huge smile on her face. Terri couldn’t thank her enough and plans on making the location a regular stop. Watch the touching video!
