Despite the Sacramento Kings reaching their 30th regular season win for the first time in eight years, the Kings still managed to get in their own way. With a 14-point lead and six seconds remaining in the game Rajon Rondo DeMarcus Cousins thought it was a good idea to clap in the referee’s face after a foul call. The referee felt as though he was being mocked by the two Kings players and assessed each with a technical foul. The bad part for Cousins is that it was his 16th technical foul of the season, which means that he will be suspended for the Kings’ next game. With antics such as this occurring, it is no surprise that the Kings locker room has resembled a drama series this season.
